Digital Simple is a medium sized marketing agency based in Christchurch, and I am interested in their website for a number of reasons.
First off when you land on their webpage, you are greeted by short message, "Marketing That Makes You Money" coupled with the company logo. This is a short, bold and intimate way of greeting the user and draws you further into their website:

After this short message, you are then taken to the main website which has a video playing instead of a typical website background. This website takes you through the companies office and briefly introduces you to some of the key members of the team. This seems like a great way to make the user familiar with the company, and learn some faces before taking the jump into making contact with them. I think this really adds to the user experience, as lots of pages nowadays have separate links that take you to the company team whereas this feature gives the user immediate access to some people that they will recognize later on.
As you scroll down, you encounter a running tab of the companies results on behalf of their clients, such as leads generated, ad reach and so on. I think this is a really cool function as it gives the user some confidence in the company and gives them a sense of scale that Digital Simple operates on, as well as understanding what key factors they focus on as KPI's towards their performance.
I generally like the scrolling element of this website, which very closely resembles how you might scroll on your phone. This is a simple yet effective design tactic that makes it easier for the user to navigate the website, rather than needing to constantly go back and forth between pages in order to gather information and make decisions.
If I was to create a website, I think I would like to incorporate this in some way, where the key elements of what I am trying to communicate are easily within reach of the user.

Another design feature I quite like is the CTA (Call To Action) on their website, which I would assume is how they get most of their customers. This CTA is a highlighted button which says "FREE 30min Marketing WOF", and is seen consistently throughout the website.
I think if you're trying to get people to enquire about your company, especially if you're a service based company, it's important to make your CTA as clear as possible and draw people in with certain benefits such as "Free".

I feel more websites could benefit from utilizing similar design choices/user experience choices, and If I was to make a service based business website I would take a page from their book and try make my CTA as clear and as easy to navigate to as possible.
